Dr. Mirin is an American Board Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN) Certified Psychiatrist with 18 years of experience. Dr. Mirin trained in Paris, France for medical school and completed his psychiatric residency in New York. He completed his fellowship in Geriatric Psychiatry at New York University. He has practiced psychiatry in New Mexico and Hawaii prior to relocating to Colorado. Dr. Mirin is also enlisted in the United States Army Reserve as a Major.
Connie’s career in healthcare finance spans over thirty years. During that time, she has distinguished herself as a competent leader building and inspiring teams to successfully meet whatever challenges presented themselves. Her commitment to helping the patients, hospital, and community provide the healthcare needs is her main goal. Due to the ever-changing landscape of the healthcare industry, the willingness to learn and grow is essential.
Courtney Jacobs is a licensed clinical social worker with the majority of her previous experience in crisis work. Courtney has previously worked for inpatient psychiatric hospitals as well as with the Aurora Police Department to start their first mental health co-responder program. Courtney has knowledge of working with first responders and military and her passion is in treating trauma.
Dale joined Clear View Behavioral Health in June of 2020 with over 20 years of health care experience. He has been in almost every level of health care and work in roles locally and regionally. He really enjoys building strong working relationships and partnerships to streamline and integrate health care. Dale graduated from the University of Montana with a BA in Sociology and has an MA in Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary.
Jessica joined Clear View Behavioral in May 2020. She is an LPN who graduated from Southern Louisiana Community Collage and has spent 8 of her 10+ years working with patients in Behavioral Health. She is passionate about building her team to serve the people they work with.
Laurie joined the Clear View Behavioral Health team in January 2019 with over 30 years working in behavior health care settings. Laurie spent most of her career working in juvenile residential settings implementing new programming, improving treatment delivery models, improving processes for patient and staff safety, overall facility communication, strategic planning, and assisted with the implementation of a highly effective staff training program. She is a graduate of Colorado State University with a BS in Human Development and Family Studies and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership (MSOL) specializing in health care administration from Colorado State University Global.
Dr. Crystal Garcia, PharmD, RPh, is the Director of Pharmacy for Clear View Behavioral Health. With more than 10 years’ experience in pharmacy, she joined Clear View Behavioral Health in January 2019 to specialize in psychiatric pharmacy. She is passionate about patient care, medication education, and community involvement. Crystal received her BS in Chemistry from Purdue University and earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Colorado Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences. She is a member of Phi Lambda Sigma Pharmacy Leadership Society, College of Psychiatric & Neurologic Pharmacists, and Colorado Pharmacists Society.
Quentin joined Clear View Behavioral Health in September 2016 as part of Clear View Behavioral Health’s leadership team and is committed to bringing best practice care, every patient, every time to the Northern Colorado community and beyond. Quentin 15 years’ experience in the food service industry. Quentin looks forward to bringing Clear View and the greater Northern Colorado community the best practice and services.
Rudi is a native to Colorado and worked at Centura Health for the past 11 years before joining the Clear View Behavioral Health team in Johnstown, Colorado. Rudi oversaw 13 building for Centura Health for their day to day operations, including service agreements, projects and system wide standardizations.
Travis joined Clear View Behavioral Health in late 2018 as part of the Human Resources team supporting Clear View Behavioral Health. Travis partners with staff and leadership in the provision of HR service delivery and support. In addition to holding a Senior Professional in Human Resources certification Travis has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources spanning several industries including Healthcare and Human Services.
